CEEIS specialises in supplying workers from Poland and other East European countries for both temporary and permanent placements. Workers from Poland and Eastern Europe have a well deserved reputation as dedicated hard workers and being prepared to work long hours. They frequently express a desire to work in excess of 50 hours per week.

TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT

We can supply “temporary” or “permanent” workers. It is entirely up to you what method you choose.

If you have work for only a week or a few weeks then Temporary workers are ideal as you only have workers for the amount of time require.

These workers are employed by us and we take care of all their Income Tax payments, national Insurance payments and Holiday Pay.

There is great flexibility in using Temp to Perm workers as you can try them out and then if they suit you, you can put them on your payroll with no extra cost after an agreed period. During the Temp period we take care of Income Tax payments, National Insurance payments and Holiday. If you choose to employ a worker within the agreed period we will charge a placement fee at a pro-rata rate.

Of course, you can choose to employ any worker on permanent placement from the outset. Our placement fee is fully refundable in the event of candidate being unsuitable.

HOW DO WE OPERATE?

Many of our workers have come over to England from Poland and other ekstern European countries on their own volition. However, we also can find highly skilled peoplein EU.

When they start to work we ensure that each worker has all the necessary documentation required to be able to work legally in the UK. We liaise with the Home Office and help our workers to fill in their Worker Registration Scheme forms and give assistance so that they can obtain a National Insurance number.

To ensure that our workers are able to work here in the UK with the minimum amount of stress we can help with finding transport, telephones, accommodation and in any other practical way we can. This unique support helps our workers to be motivated to turn up for work and be more able to concentrate on the job they do for you.

All our workers are interviewed thoroughly face - to - face in their own language as well as English before being accepted by us. During this interview we grade each worker with their ability.
